In line with the purpose of becoming a leading global brand in our sector by developing new technology and strategies in transferring energy;
- To increase sales turnover compared to the previous year in order to achieve financial growth by constantly increasing market share in place,
- To increase production amount compared to the previous year in order to meet the market demands,
- To conduct improvement studies by evaluating customer satisfaction and customer complaints,
- Following up the technological developments related to our sector closely at our R&D Center, to implement them and, to also meet the customer expectations by carrying out cost reduction studies.
- To reduce the amount of water and electricity consumed in total at our facilites by 1% compared to production amount every year by using natural resources efficiently ( raw material, energy, water etc.)
- By reducing the waste generated during our production, to make sure that it is re-evaluated with recycling, to keep the annual scrap sales amount below 2% compared to the production amount,
- To prevent environmental pollution , (Air - Soil - Water- Noise) by disposing wastes legally according to the Waste Management Plan,
- To make working environments safe, healthy and environmentally sensitive through the Health and Safety –Environment meetings with the attendance of employee representatives for accident-free production.
- To keep all of our employees healthy and safe, including subcontractors, interns and visitors who are present at our premises,
- To protect the use, integrity and confidentiality of information by reducing the impact of information security threats,
- To prevent possible interruptions that may occur during critical business processes, to re-enable processes within the targeted recovery time where it can’t be avoided.
- To make sure that all the employees work in a safe and a healthy environment in harmony regardless of their language, religion, race, gender, political view, caste, age or physical discrimination,
- To make sure that all the employees and related parties work according to the codes of conduct,
- To conduct emergency disaster drills twice a year,
- To increase average training hours per employee to meet the needs and the expectations of the company at all levels,
- To allocate resources in order to identify our dangers and to evaluate risks, to minimize the possibilities and impacts of the risks by conducting studies,
- To fulfill the current legal requirements and other conditions,
- To conduct applicable conditions by monitoring the effectiveness of our management systems and implementing continuous improvements considered necessary,
